Dear parents/guardians/student athletes,
I am pleased to inform you that we now have dates and times for athletic physicals to be conducted at the CCS campus.
Please remember that all participants in sports will need to be registered and have an up to date physical for athletic participation prior to the first practice.
The district will offer physicals free of charge on the dates enclosed. If the time slots for your specific sports don’t work, students can “walk-in” at any time on the listed days. Please be aware that in such a situation, there may be an extended wait time to receive a physical.
If you prefer, you can always obtain a physical from your primary care physician and have the paperwork sent to the school nurse.
For questions pertaining to specific fall sports, please reach out to the coaches of those programs and they will be able to point you in the right direction.

- 8:45 a.m.: 11th & 12th Grade Football
- 9:15 a.m.: 9th & 10th Grade Girls Soccer
- 9:45 a.m.: 11th & 12th Grade Girls Soccer
- 10:15 a.m.: 9th & 10th Grade Boys Soccer
- 10:45 a.m.: 11th & 12th Grade Boys Soccer
- 1 p.m.: 9th -12th Grade Volleyball
- 1:45 p.m.: 7th-12th Grade Golf and Field Hockey
Tuesday, August 15
