District statement on employee arrest


The district is aware that a building maintenance helper, Keith Libertucci, was arrested at the Motel Cambridge on Sunday, Aug. 28 by the Cambridge-Greenwich Police Department and charged with felony manslaughter.

As of Monday, Aug. 29, Mr. Libertucci is on administrative leave.

On 08/28/2022, around the time of 10PM, Law Enforcement and EMS responded to the Cambridge Motel located at 51 South Park Street in the Village of Cambridge for a subject with a fatal gunshot wound. 66 years old Keith P Libertucci of 51 South Park Street was taken into custody for Felony Manslaughter “Recklessly Causes Death.” Libertucci was arraigned at Washington County Centralized Arraignment and held for lack of bail.
